• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture.

k666d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to retain any balance therein pending investigation. Serious violations may be referred to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the k666d platform, including but not limited to the k666d brand name and logo, software, website design, images, text, and game assets, is the intellectual property of k666d or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any k666d content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k666d's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your k666d account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
